Janelle has been a part of LGFitness for about a year now. One of her biggest goals was to lose weight and tone up. She definitely accomplished that and so much more. She has lost 24 pounds, 5% body fat, and 22 inches!
When Janelle began another of her goals was to gain self confidence and to be able to look in the mirror and be happy.
She also has accomplished this. Her new found self confidence is such a joy to see!

Robin has been working out @ LGFitness since I opened. She has participated in my group classes as well as one on one personal training. In this time she has lost an amazing 28 pounds and has decreased her body fat by 8 percent!! She has also increased her strength, endurance, and agility. Thus improving her quality of life. An example of this is in everyday life she is able to move more and lift heavier items. She is a joy to work with. Always positive and encouraging other gym members not only during class but outside of class as well.

Mother and Daughter Success
Jenny and her mother Linda have been working with me for a few months now. It is so much fun to work with them. They encourage each other and push each other. Both of them have lost weight and inches. They have also gained self-confidence and have improved their quality of life. Linda has started a weekly dancing group and is signed up for an upcoming walking event.
