Today I have the pleasure of featuring the Phillips family. Kindra, Jack, Quinn, and Zane. Kindra and I met when she did one of my recent boot camp challenges. Which she did very well in I must add. Kindra is a busy science teacher, Mother of four, wife, and an amazing woman! She recognized the health benefits of good nutrition and exercise for herself and her family. But like so many of us she needed a plan. I was thrilled to provide the motivation and support. They have been coming early morning for sessions for about a month. At first a little leery of such a new thing I think. It did not take long for them to open up. We lift weights, play with tires and sandbags. and listen to loud music! They work hard and cheer each other on! They have helped each other.
It is a coach’s dream to see their clients make progress AND have fun.
I have such admiration for their dedication. They don’t complain, they complete their workouts and many times ask for more. It is not easy to carve out time in a busy schedule to commit to one’s health. Let alone getting up at 5 am and getting the entire family out of the house.
Kindra is setting a great example to her family and to all of us. Thank you, it is a joy to work with all of you. Keep at it! Many great things to come.
